Ageing Begins With the Gastrointestinal System

Unhealthy GI tract the bane of all diseases

Increased population of harmful Bacteria

The GI tract is the largest immune organ of the human body, while the digestive tract is the primary organ responsible for the absorption of nutrients and elimination of toxins.

An increased population of the harmful bacteria will result in an imbalance of the gut flora, which will in turn bring about inadequate peristaltic movements of the GI tract, prompting the onset of “premature ageing”.

Ageing of the GI Tract

An excessively dominant population of the harmful bacteria marks the beginning of an ageing GI tract, which is characterized by a considerable drop of its efficiency in nutrients absorption and toxins elimination, causing disturbances in developmental growth, build-up of body toxins, and reduced immune functions.

Bodily Ageing & GI Tract Diseases

The harmful bacteria in the GI tract convert digestive waste into harmful or toxic substances, leading to such problems as diarrhea and constipation.

Worse yet, this may bring about an increased risk of colon cancer. If the toxins are left to build up, they will eventually find their way into the bloodstream and incur an increased burden to the liver and the kidneys, prompting the onset of ageing of various bodily organs and the cropping up of a host of health problems.
